Market is teetering today between a red and green doji. If you look at the spy, you can see that price is coiling right beneath the 60 RSI, but above the moving average RSI, and we are getting to a place where there's going to be a very strong move going to break out or break down very very soon. It's a breakout if we can close a candle above 755, it's a breakdown if we close a candle beneath 745. So, we're in a very tight range, but we are definitely in of the bulls, even though not everything is going up right now. MU has had a huge flush. Today, it hit the target that I gave quite a while ago down to 861. It went lower. I'm going to analyze that for you today. I'm also going to talk to you about why Apple is leading the MAG 7 pack, and why Nvidia, the king of the AI story, is been lagging. Both of these recently bounced off of their golden pocket level on the Fibonacci. I'm going to show that to you guys today. Why am I showing you the golden pocket fib level? I'm going to be teaching a class on the Fibonacci this Saturday with Trading with Ashley. I'm going to break down all the mechanics, how to draw the lines, how to chart them, and what they mean. And Ashley's going to be talking about long-term investment trading using skips and leaps based on finding the right levels. Today, investors are selling the semiconductor names like MU, and they're also unloading the chip stocks like Nvidia, and they're buying more defensive cash flow heavy stocks like Apple. Let me take you guys into the Apple chart. I'm going to show you where I expect it to be going based on the fib levels that I'm going to be talking about this Saturday. So, I've got the daily time frame drawn on the chart. We've got an impulse move from 245. It ran all the way up to 317. Then, we fell under the nine, and we began to have a pretty good pullback. Where did it bounce? Well, it bounced on the golden pocket. This is what I want to teach you guys is this is where Wall Street was camping out because if it got down here, this is where they were going to buy it to run it back up. Now, it ran all the way back up to the top of the range, but how do we know where it's going to go after that because we no longer have the fib retracement to guide us. Well, that's not a problem. I'll turn that off and I'll turn on the trend-based fib extension and it tells us that this is going to face resistance at 336. And so, there is still room higher. This is already confirmed this level and even if we get some kind of a red candle, it doesn't matter. I think we're going up to 336. That's the power of the fib chart for both telling us where a stock is going to pull back to and for telling us where a stock might go if it breaks out. All right, let's go look at Nvidia to try to get a sense of what it's going to do next. All right, Nvidia also from this pivot low bounce that around 164 had an impulse move that drove it all the way up to 236. And since then, it's been in a downtrend until it got to the golden pocket. Now, it did not react as strongly to the golden pocket as Apple. It actually bounced a little bit, came back, hit it one more time, and on the second bounce, it began to take off. However, I'm going to give you guys my prediction for what Nvidia's going to do between now and earnings because it's already failing here at resistance. I believe that Nvidia is going to run sideways between now and its later earnings event of August. Its earnings is Wednesday, the 26th of August, which is later than Apple's, which is at the end of this month. Now, what I see happening is I see this moving sideways. I ultimately see it coming back here by earnings where it could have a breakout moment that would take it back to 236. But, I do see it having a lower low between now and then. Now, let's go back in time cuz I want to show you that it really did that exact same thing not too long ago. Here it had a double top and then it sold off, went sideways into earnings. Here we had a double top, double bounce. It came back up to the trend line, it didn't hold and it actually went lower before ultimately climbing to earnings and then selling off after that. The local range that we're in on Nvidia is between 209 and 189. We just hit 209 and as I like to say, resistance resists price and so we could go back to 189 right now. Now, how do we know if we're not going to go lower, but instead we're going to go higher right now? Maybe money will rotate out of Apple after its next earnings and then flood back into Nvidia. Well, it's all about the levels that it can hold. Specifically, it's got to get above 209 right now and it's got to hold that level and it's got to advance. I don't see that happening. I think we're going to roll over. I think we're in a sideways trading range for Nvidia. Let me know what you guys think in the comments. Let me know what you are going to do with your Netflix. Okay, let's briefly take a minute and go into the MU chart. People are interested in owning MU and when it stops falling, they're going to be scrambling to buy once the candles start to go green. Let's go look at the MU chart. Okay, there's a lot of things that I've got on the chart right now that I want you guys to be paying close attention to. First of all, we finally hit my 861 level. Now, this is the level that we need to watch. I want to highlight to you that over here is previous resistance that's closer to $800. 861 was a critical neckline level, but it's a level that we want to see it bounce at and so far it hasn't bounced. It seems to be pointing straight down to the $800 level and that is critical support and that looks to me where it will bounce. I want to highlight to you down here at the bottom, we've got the RSI and really strong stocks tend to reverse at 40. Beneath 40 is a strong breakdown capitulation level and I don't think MU is in the position of breaking down. I think it simply entered into a consolidation and is looking for key support so that everybody can load back up and buy again. So, watch 861 throughout today to see how it reacts ultimately. Right now, it seems to have cut through it. That was the neckline. Let's look for the bounce closer to 800. Previous resistance becomes support and again, as I said, when these candles begin to go green, they're going to go very, very quickly back up. Absolute critical support and specifically that 40 RSI. If it can hit that and reverse, it shows that MU is very much still in demand and we're sitting there right now. So, I would say this week we're likely to find a bottom in MU that's worth buying and holding all the way into 2027. Let me know what you guys are doing with MU.
